JUNIORS

Who is it for?

Aberystwyth AC Juniors hold 2 weekly term-time training sessions: one for primary juniors (years 3-6) and secondary juniors (year 7 upwards)

  • 7 year olds may be accepted by agreement between coaches and parents.

What do we do?

The sessions are primarily to promote and to enjoy running but there are a variety of activities.

Where and When?

ALL training sessions are held in Aberystwyth. Location of the training is provided in the booking confirmation each week.

Tuesday – Sessions last for 45 minutes
4.15pm – Primary juniors from years 3, 4, 5 and 6 only.
5.15pm – Secondary juniors only

Membership is a pre requisite for attending training. Pre-booking is essential for each training session. Booking forms are sent out to all members weekly. Annual membership runs from April – March and this provides your junior with running training sessions throughout this period.

There are no sessions held during school holidays.
