Social Runs

These runs are open to all members and to anyone else who wants to join in and enjoy a run out on the roads and trails around Aberystwyth.

  • Most of the runs will start from Plas Crug leisure centre at 6:30pm.

During the summer months we take the opportunity to head out of town to take to the trails. These runs are all jewels and as well as delights of great locations we also take the chance to enjoy a meal and drink afterwards.

  • Out of town runs will start at 6:30pm but to make sure everyone can take part we arrange CAR SHARING which will leave from Plas Crug Leisure Centre at around 6:00pm.

All our routes are between 8 and 10 miles long and will take between 90minutes to 2 hours . The pace is fairly gentle but we have plenty of breaks to allow everyone to regroup.

There will be refreshments set out on most routes with water and jelly babies. Contributions towards there cost will be gratefully accepted.
